Dark Angel impressed us mightily last month when she won all 6 of her matches
during our Topstars tournament at London Wrestling Studio! We already consider her
one of our "Superstars" because she has everything needed
to excel in the world of female wrestling. She's got decent size but more importantly,
pound-for-pound she's very powerful, especially her legs. She works out almost every day
and actually targets her legs because she likes to scissor opponents! She's also very
adept at using armbars and loves to dominate opponents by pinning them!
Not only does Dark Angel have strength and wrestling ability, she's also gorgeous with a very sexy
French accent, and despite her disarming good looks, she's not arrogant at all, in fact Dark Angel's
very engaging and friendly! Initially it was actually
somewhat shocking to see this girl, who could be a swimsuit model, going all-out in some very competitive
matches and obviously loving it.... never have we seen a wrestler with such a smile, before, during and
after matches!
Dark Angel's style can be described as one of domination - she loves to dominate opponents
and relentlessly attacks foes trying to keep them off balance. Sometimes she'll run up the score
and other times she'll almost play with opponents, especially those she doesn't consider a threat.
This was the case in her first match against Rogue in which she almost took it easy but always
made it clear who was in charge! Her second match was against Viking, a much larger amazon who
very much wanted to defeat her heralded opponent. A great fight ensued and we
saw another side of Dark Angel - she hates to lose or even submit a fall!
In other matches, Dark Angel easily defeated Tiny Terror and Jet, who were overmatched against the taller,
more experienced French girl. Perhaps Dark Angel's most impressive matches were against
Willow and Sapphire, two very tough girls who started wrestling about the same time as Dark Angel.
Earlier in the year the 3 girls were quite evenly matched but obviously Dark Angel has improved substantially
as she vanquished both girls without giving up a fall!
